Responsibilities

1. Client Delivery & Solutioning (50%)

• Lead the design and delivery of research and data-driven solutions across industries.
• Ensure high-quality, impact-oriented deliverables aligned with client objectives.
• Implement automation and efficiency improvements using platforms and tools.
• Manage large-scale engagements, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management (25%)

• Serve as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders on data, research, and insight-led decision-making.
• Lead solution proposals, pitch development, and drive account growth initiatives.
• Maintain long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

3. Practice & Platform Development (25%)

• Shape the strategy for sector-agnostic data and insights platform development.
• Build reusable solutions and accelerators to solve common industry challenges.
• Track emerging trends in data, analytics, and AI to drive capability enhancement.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to build differentiated platform-led offerings.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1215 years of relevant experience in data, analytics, market intelligence, or platform-led insights delivery.
• Strong exposure to developing or influencing data-driven platforms, solutions, or accelerators.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and research analysts.
• Demonstrated success in engaging with global clients across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills. Strong project and team management capabilities, with hands-on experience in execution.
