As a Group Manager - Sales in the real estate sector based in Pune, your role will involve leading a high-performing sales team to drive residential or commercial sales, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - **Sales Leadership:** - Drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts and channel partner strategies. - Create and execute action plans to meet sales targets for assigned projects. - Supervise end-to-end sales operations from lead generation to deal closure. - **Team Management:** - Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team of 10-15 members. - Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and goal setting. - Ensure team productivity and maintain a positive, competitive environment. - **Performance Tracking & Reporting:** - Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and prepare periodic sales reports for senior management. - Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors. - Ensure excellent customer service pre and post-sale. - Resolve escalations related to deals, documentation, or CRM. - **Strategic Sales Planning:** - Assist in project pricing, inventory planning, and promotional campaigns. - Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align lead management and sales conversions. **Qualification Required:** - Education: Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred, not mandatory) - Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, including - 5+ years in the real estate sector (residential or commercial) - 3+ years in managing a team of at least 10-15 members - Industry: Real Estate (Mandatory) Desired Skills: - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Leadership and people management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Goal-oriented and proactive - Market and product knowledge in the Pune real estate segment This position offers a challenging opportunity to lead a successful sales team in the competitive real estate market of Pune.
