Role Overview – Group Company Secretary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Company Secretary (CS) with a passion for corporate governance and compliance to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site position at our Head Office in Andheri West. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring statutory and legal compliance across companies within the KNK Group.

Qualifications

Must have completed Company Secretary (CS) certification.

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or Commerce preferred.

Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and corporate governance norms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience or exposure to the shipping/maritime industry is an added advantage.
