Job Description

As a Group Account Manager specializing in Weddings & Events at Percept ICE, Mumbai, your role will involve independently leading small to mid-scale wedding projects end-to-end, in addition to managing a diverse portfolio of corporate and lifestyle events. You are expected to bring hands-on expertise in various aspects including production, operations, client servicing, budgeting, and creative execution, with the unique ability to transform ideas into seamless on-ground realities. Your key responsibilities will include: - End-to-End Wedding Event Management: - Plan, manage, and execute small to mid-scale weddings from concept to completion. - Handle client briefs, design integration, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution with precision and creativity. - Project & Production Oversight: - Lead and oversee the complete planning and production process of wedding events. - Ensure flawless management of all details from venue readiness to guest flow, coordinating with vendors, production teams, and on-ground staff. - Creative Coordination & On-Ground Execution: - Work closely with creative and design teams to align visual concepts with event objectives. - Ensure smooth on-ground translation of design elements like dcor, staging, lighting, and installations. - Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle. - Vendor & Team Management: - Liaise with wedding-specific vendors and manage internal and external teams to ensure smooth on-ground execution and a flawless guest experience. - Budgeting & Financial Control: - Prepare, manage, and monitor event budgets while negotiating with vendors to maintain profitability and quality. - Risk & Quality Management: - Conduct thorough pre-event planning to identify potential risks and maintain compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards. - Innovation & Trend Alignment: - Stay informed about emerging event trends and technologies to enhance event value and client engagement. - Lead Generation & Business Development: - Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking and partnerships to contribute to the growth of the wedding event portfolio. Qualifications Required: - Experience in event management, with a focus on weddings and small-to-mid-scale events. - Proven leadership in managing end-to-end wedding production and execution. - Strong understanding of creative event design, fabrication, and operations. - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,
