About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions.
• Define and implement solution architecture and enterprise architecture aligned with financial industry standards.
• Oversee sprint planning, manage cross-functional coordination, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Design and develop distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions using Keycloak.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure performance optimization, system reliability, and adherence to security best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 510 years of experience in backend development and technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with API development, Redis, and high-performance backend systems.
• Good exposure to distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and high-level system design.
• Experience in designing and deploying solutions using Keycloak (must-have).
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams, managing sprints, and mentoring engineers.
• Strong architectural knowledge, particularly within financial services or other highly regulated domains.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
