Job Description

Job Title:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors professionally and warmly.
  • Handle check-ins, inquiries, and guest coordination at front desk or reception area.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Manage visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and inform relevant departments of guest arrivals.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and follow-up schedules as required.
  • Assist in organizing and hosting client visits, walk-throughs, and promotional events.
  • Collect feedback from clients and share with relevant departments for service improvement.
  • Maintain records of daily visitor/client interactions for reporting.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping, admin, and security teams to ensure guest comfort and safety.
  • Provide accurate information about services, projects, or facilities offered by the organization.
  • Manage guest complaints tactfully and ensure resolution or escalation to relevant authority.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
