Job Description

You will be performing similar duties to that of a Receptionist, understanding the requirements of walk-in customers, and assigning each customer to a staff member for sales process. Providing a friendly greeting and directing customers to the appropriate service based on a brief conversation. You are expected to have a good understanding of store operations to guide customers effectively, adhere to standard operating procedures, and cost-saving practices. Ensuring the safety of displayed products and promptly reporting any potential theft to superiors. Managing customer queries and complaints according to company guidelines. - Understand and assign customers to staff members for sales process - Provide friendly greeting and guide customers to appropriate services - Have thorough knowledge of store operations to direct customers effectively - Adhere to standard operating procedures and cost-saving practices - Maintain safety of displayed products and report potential theft - Manage customer queries and complaints as per company guidelines - Education: HSC / Graduate - Relevant experience will be given preference - Good interpersonal and behavioral skills - Customer-centric The company provides health insurance, provident fund, and a yearly bonus as part of the compensation package. This is a full-time job with day shift schedule.
