Greeter (Only Female)

As a Receptionist, your role will involve understanding the requirements of walk-in customers and assigning them to staff members for the sales process. You will provide a friendly greeting and direct customers to the appropriate services based on a brief conversation. It is essential to have a good understanding of store operations to effectively guide customers, follow standard operating procedures, and implement cost-saving practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of displayed products and promptly reporting any potential theft to superiors. Managing customer queries and complaints according to company guidelines will also be a part of your responsibilities.
