Green Field projects-Maintenance Head

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plant Maintenance Head to oversee our biofuels manufacturing facility's maintenance operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned maintenance professional to lead our plant maintenance team, ensuring efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible maintenance of our biofuels production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, Technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize plant performance, reduce downtime, and minimize costs.

2. Maintenance Operations_: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, including technicians, engineers, and contractors.

4. Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management plans to optimize plant assets, reduce maintenance costs, and extend asset life.

5. Safety and Environment: Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage maintenance budgets, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.

7. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for maintenance process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance plant reliability.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the biofuels, chemicals, Pharma, or oil and gas industries.

3. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams, driving innovation, and achieving maintenance objectives.

4. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of maintenance management principles, asset management, and reliability engineering.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications: Certifications in maintenance management, reliability engineering, or asset management (e.g., CMRP, CRL) are highly desirable.

2. Industry Experience: Experience in the biofuels industry, particularly in India, is highly desirable.

3. Digital Literacy: Familiarity with digital tools and technologies, such as computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), data analytics, and IoT platforms.
