ZYX Solutions (www.zyxsolutions.earth) is the sustainability vertical of HPG consulting (www.hpgconsulting.com). ZYX Solutions is a relatively new venture with industry professionals and technical experts on the team and is looking to further expand the team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Green Building Certified AP at ZYX Solutions, located in New Delhi. The Green Building Certified AP will be responsible for overseeing green building projects, ensuring compliance with green building certification standards, and conducting energy and resource efficiency assessments. They will also be involved in reviewing and approving architectural and construction plans, coordinating with project teams, and staying updated on industry developments and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and project management skills including preparing proposals and client presentation
• Green Building Certification (e.g., LEED AP, IGBC, GRIHA etc.) is required for Indian and Middle East market/clients.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
