About Us:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes (including

    GRC processes

    ) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with a focus on

    Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation and service delivery

    .
  • Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including

    GRC module implementation

    .
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance organizational efficiency, profitability, and compliance posture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business and

    GRC requirements

    and develop project plans.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate documentation for various audiences (BRDs, FSDs, user guides, process maps, etc.) with special emphasis on

    GRC workflows

    .
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and project team members.
  • Identify and manage project risks, compliance gaps, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather business and

    GRC requirements

    and present proposed solutions.
  • Participate in the development of user acceptance testing plans and scenarios, especially for

    GRC platforms (ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream, etc.)

    .
  • Provide support and guidance to project team members during

    GRC solution implementations

    .
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery of projects and

    compliance objectives

    .

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business and

    GRC-related

    problems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) (optional).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management, agile methodologies, and

    GRC implementation projects

    .
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including risk and compliance teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
