💼 What You'll Do

● Own and evolve Oyela’s visual identity across web, social, packaging.

● Optimise instagram ad reels for conversion and build urgency in viewer’s mind

● Ideate and conceptualise aspirational campaigns from scratch (Vogue-worthy)

● Lead end-to-end design for brand moments — from moodboards to final creatives

● Build smart, scalable designs in Figma

● Create scroll-stopping motion graphics for reels, ads, and more

● Collaborate with founders, marketers, stylists & photographers to bring stories to life

🧰 What You Bring

● 3–6 years of design experience — ideally in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle

● A strong portfolio across both static & motion formats (don’t skip this!)

● Pro-level Figma skills — components, auto layout, prototyping, the works

● Sharp eye for detail, color, typography & storytelling

● Bonus: Experience with UI/UX design for Apps and website / Adobe Premier Pro
