Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Templates Specialist to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating versatile, on-brand, and easy-to-use design templates for a variety of use cases including social media, presentations, business collateral, email campaigns, and more.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure that all templates reflect our brand identity, appeal to our audience, and maintain high design standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, editable templates for platforms such as Corel Draw, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator), PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma.
• Create branded template kits for internal teams or clients, ensuring consistency in typography, color palettes, layouts, and visual elements.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual systems and scalable template libraries.
• Adapt existing designs into multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual integrity.
• Ensure that templates are user-friendly and optimized for performance and accessibility.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and platform-specific best practices.
• Maintain organized and accessible file systems for templates and assets.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on template creation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design templates for various platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Slides).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva, Figma, and Microsoft/Google productivity tools.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience working with brand systems or design systems.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Animation or motion design skills (e.g., After Effects or Canva Animate) are a plus.
