Kruti Coffee is one of India's fastest-growing specialty coffee roasters and retail entities, maintaining specialty coffee standards across the value chain. Established in 2013 by a group of professionals, primarily doctors, Kruti Coffee supports tribal coffee growers of Koraput in Odisha. Kruti Coffee has built a significant presence in the specialty coffee space in India, creating unique single-origin roasts and blends from coffee grown across the country. Operating on “Fair Trade” principles, Kruti Coffee has set up specialty coffee outlets in Mumbai, Odisha, and Pune. Additionally, Kruti Coffee retails its products through its e-commerce portal.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphics Designer located in Bhubaneswar. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, designing logos, developing brand identities, and working on various typography elements. The role will include day-to-day tasks such as collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials, designing packaging and labeling, and ensuring consistency of visual elements across different media platforms.

Qualifications

Graphics and Graphic Design skills
Experience in Logo Design and Branding
Proficiency in Typography
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field
Prior experience in the coffee or food & beverage industry is a plus
