Graphics Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand visuals for digital and print media. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design digital and print materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Develop brand identity elements — logos, typography, color palettes, and layout guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaign visuals and promotional assets.
• Edit and retouch images for various platforms.
• Prepare design files for printing and digital publishing.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all channels.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects is mandatory.

Preferred Additional Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience in social media marketing design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web layout understanding.
• Ability to create simple animations or GIFs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
