Graphics Designer

Graphic Designer required for Construction & Real Estate Company

Experience - 4 to 6 Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in

Pune. The role involves creating impactful visual content for digital, print, hoardings,

exhibitions, banners etc ensuring brand consistency while supporting marketing initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

 Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogues,

flyers, hoardings, digital banners, social media creatives, newsletters, and corporate

presentations.

 Develop engaging visuals for exhibition, digital campaigns, presentations and

internal communication.

 Develop brand-consistent visuals for both ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the

Line) marketing activities.

 Work on video editing, motion graphics, and promotional videos for campaigns and

events.

 Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external agencies to deliver creative solutions

that support brand positioning and campaign objectives.

 Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines and

project goals

 Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

 4-6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in Real Estate /

Hospitality. Candidates who have worked with Marketing Agencies with Real Estate /

Hospitality Industry Clients will be preferred.

 Strong proficiency in Softwares (eg. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects,

Canva, Corel Draw etc) and Video Editing.

 Experience in print-ready design, branding etc

 Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple media (print, digital, and video).

Strong sense of layout, typography and visual storytelling.

 Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

 Bachelor’s / Post graduate degree (or equivalent) in graphic design

Candidates should share their Design Work portfolio along with the CV. Immediate

joiners or candidates who can join within short notice will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
