Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our SEO & Content Marketing team. The designer will be responsible for producing visual assets that enhance SEO content performance, improve engagement, and strengthen brand authority across multiple industries and brands.

This role requires both design creativity and an understanding of how visuals impact SEO, readability, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom graphics, illustrations, and infographics for blogs, case studies, and landing pages.
• Create social media creatives (LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, YouTube thumbnails) to repurpose SEO-driven content.
• Work with SEO Executives and content writers to visualize data, processes, and industry insights.
• Ensure designs are SEO-friendly: optimized image size, ALT text, accessibility, and fast-loading formats (WebP, SVG).
• Design banners, call-to-action graphics, and conversion-focused visuals for service pages and lead magnets.
• Collaborate with WordPress developers to ensure seamless integration of graphics into blogs and pages.
• Support AI-driven content formats by creating graphics suitable for AI snippets, carousels, and visual-rich SERPs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma (or similar).
• Understanding of SEO basics related to images (ALT tags, file optimization, responsive design).
• Strong portfolio in infographics, blog visuals, and web content design.
• Ability to translate complex business/finance topics into simple, engaging visuals.
• Attention to detail with speed and productivity mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
