Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Designer who is not only a visual storyteller but also understands the strategic side of branding. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing brand identities, creating comprehensive brand guidelines, and designing marketing collaterals that align with the client’s positioning. Key Responsibilities Develop complete brand identity systems , including logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, and brand guidelines. Create visually engaging brand decks and strategy presentations. Design for both digital and print media – social media posts, brochures, banners, packaging, emailers, pitch decks, etc. Collaborate closely with the brand strategy and content teams to ensure visual output is consistent with brand voice and goals. Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence. Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to ensure fresh and innovative output. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative/design agency or similar environment. Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects and guideline development. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and tools like Figma or Canva (for light collaborative tasks). Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory , and visual hierarchy. Ability to translate briefs into clean, modern, and strategic design outcomes. Attention to detail and strong time management skills. Open to feedback and collaborative working environment.
