Position Overview

creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

• Create engaging designs for social media, ads, banners, brochures, posters, reels, presentations, and websites.
• Develop brand-consistent creatives for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Understand design briefs and present multiple creative options when needed.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize visuals.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a high quality standard.

2. Motion Graphics & Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for reels, YouTube, ads, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, animated elements, transitions, lower-thirds, intros, and outros.
• Add sound, music, subtitles, and effects to enhance videos.
• Maintain proper pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal in video edits.
• Produce clean, export-ready output in required formats.

3. Collaboration

• Work with the marketing, social media, and campaign teams for timely deliverables.
• Take feedback positively and improve creatives as required.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.

Required Skills

• Strong command over

  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

  .
• Knowledge of tools like

  Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora

  will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to think creatively and provide original ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media trends & content formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Animation, or relevant field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or video editing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphics and motion/video work.
