Position Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Video Editor who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs and videos. The ideal candidate should be strong in both static design and motion graphics , with the ability to deliver high-quality content across social media, branding, and digital marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design Create engaging designs for social media, ads, banners, brochures, posters, reels, presentations, and websites. Develop brand-consistent creatives for campaigns and marketing initiatives. Understand design briefs and present multiple creative options when needed. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize visuals. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a high quality standard. 2. Motion Graphics & Video Editing Edit short-form videos for reels, YouTube, ads, testimonials, and promotional campaigns. Create motion graphics, animated elements, transitions, lower-thirds, intros, and outros. Add sound, music, subtitles, and effects to enhance videos. Maintain proper pacing, storytelling, and visual appeal in video edits. Produce clean, export-ready output in required formats. 3. Collaboration Work with the marketing, social media, and campaign teams for timely deliverables. Take feedback positively and improve creatives as required. Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines. Required Skills Strong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects . Knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora will be an advantage. Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, transitions, and visual storytelling. Ability to think creatively and provide original ideas. Basic understanding of social media trends & content formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Animation, or relevant field (preferred). 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or video editing (freshers with strong portfolios may apply). Strong portfolio showcasing both graphics and motion/video work. Personal Attributes Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure.
