Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into striking visuals that connect with people on both emotional and psychological levels. You will collaborate with our branding strategists, copywriters, and marketing team to bring campaigns to life across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for branding, advertising, packaging, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Understand psychological triggers in design (color, layout, typography, imagery) and apply them effectively.
• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to translate brand stories into impactful visuals.
• Develop campaign concepts, storyboards, and mockups for client presentations.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while adapting designs to different mediums.
• Stay updated with design trends, cultural cues, and consumer psychology insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in branding/advertising agency or freelance (freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI tools; knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding work, and storytelling through design.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and consumer psychology.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
