Key Responsibilities

Design Execution:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, and posters.
• Assist in developing motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
• Support the design team in maintaining consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the Manager and other team members to execute design tasks efficiently.
• Incorporate feedback from the team and stakeholders to refine creative outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and projects.

Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance your skills.
• Actively seek opportunities to grow as a graphic designer through training and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or a strong internship portfolio demonstrating relevant work.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, and composition.
• Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good time management skills to meet project deadlines.
