Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, with a passion for creating compelling graphics that enhance brand identity and engage audiences. This role requires proficiency in various design software and an understanding of current design trends. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content for both digital and print mediums.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative graphic designs for branding, marketing materials, and digital content.
• Create visually appealing logos, illustrations, and motion graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality designs for web, print advertising, and social media campaigns.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to create stunning visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Conduct photo manipulation and retouching to enhance imagery used in various projects.
• Implement UI design principles to improve user experience on web platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends in graphic design, typography, color theory, and digital art.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.

Experience

• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of web design principles including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress.
• Experience in branding strategies and production design for both digital and print formats.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
