Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling graphics across various media. You will be responsible for creating visual assets that communicate our brand story, engage our audience, and drive marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for digital and print media including social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and packaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Take design projects from concept to final execution.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback and direction.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print platforms.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
