Education:

Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design / Visual Communications, Interactive Media etc.

Experience:

2 5 years

Responsibilities:

Understand design and brand brief to Conceptualise original ideas and design, copy, websites, social media, and other marketing materials
Work closely with the management, academic team, content and marketing team.
Develop creative briefs and oversee direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team to achieve results.
Handle projects from ideation to execution: From design till the artwork stage
Continuously engage in ideation concept discussion with client creative teams
Pitching ideas and briefing other members of the creative team
Overlooking the execution by the creative team photographers, artists to work on projects
Work on different branding solutions: Brand and Corporate Identity, Brand support, Packaging etc.
Work with the entire creative team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company
Delegate projects to in-house designers and oversee the process
Present and oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production.
Prior work with Digital platforms like Social Media will be an advantage

Requirements:

Experience in Brand Identity,

Prior experience as a graphic designer or visualizer

Strong Interpersonal, time management, presentation, and communication skills.

Receptiveness to feedback and adaptability.

Qualifications

Master s/Bachelor s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design/Visual Communication, Interactive Media or similar
Have a solid knowledge of graphic, photography and video production
Experience as a professional graphic designer along with experience in management role (Will be an advantage)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent capability with typography, layout and prototyping
Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent
Solid creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
