Graphic Designer

Experience: 1–4 years (AI + Design) About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is comfortable working at the intersection of design and AI. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content using traditional design skills as well as modern AI-based tools. This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting, adapting, and pushing the boundaries of content creation. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging graphics for digital and print: social media posts, ads, packaging, brand assets, and marketing campaigns. Use AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML, Firefly, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) to generate concepts, variations, and visual styles. Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to develop consistent visual language and creative strategies. Edit and refine AI-generated assets using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Develop mood boards, style guides, and brand identity elements. Optimize artwork for different formats and platforms. Stay updated with AI design trends, tools, and experimental workflows. Work on fast-turnaround projects with creativity and precision. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role. Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects is a plus). Hands-on experience with at least one AI design tool (Midjourney, Runway ML, Firefly, DALL·E, Leonardo, Stable Diffusion). Good understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to adapt fast in a creative, fast-paced environment.
