Post: Graphic Designer

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and engage our audience across multiple platforms. From digital campaigns to print materials, your designs will play a key role in communicating our message effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality visuals for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and innovative approach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm ideas and create mood boards, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize concepts.
• Editing & Revisions: Review designs, incorporate feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch,.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from digital to print.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visuals.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design projects.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
