Tele Marketing Caller

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Tele Marketing Caller to join our team. The Telecaller will play a vital role in generating leads, explaining our products or services, and converting potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a goal-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company’s products/services.

Use scripts to provide accurate product/service information.

Identify customer needs and answer questions effectively.

• Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

Generate leads and fix appointments for sales representatives or closures.

Follow up with leads via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, or emails as required.

Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with warm and cold leads.

• Inbound Call Handling:

Handle incoming calls from customers.

Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries.

Resolve queries and escalate issues if necessary.

• Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Data Management & Reporting:

Record all conversations and customer details accurately in CRM or databases.

Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and performance reports.

Submit regular reports to the Team Leader or Manager.

• Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Contribute to team goals and overall company performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
