Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Terna Global Business School, Nerul is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to support our marketing, branding, and digital communication efforts. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, promotions, events, ad campaigns, and institutional communications—including on-ground video shoots. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Design creatives for social media, posters, banners, brochures, and advertisements Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication Create infographics, presentations, and marketing materials Collaborate with the marketing and content team on creative concepts Video Editing Edit promotional videos, reels, shorts, event highlights, and campus videos Add transitions, text animations, music, color correction, and basic motion graphics Optimize video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website platforms Video Shoot / Ad Shoot Assist in planning and executing video shoots and ad shoots on campus Capture high-quality footage for marketing campaigns, student testimonials, events, and promotional content Coordinate with students, faculty, and the marketing team during shoots Handle camera setup, lighting basics, framing, and audio coordination Collaboration Work closely with marketing, social media, admissions, and academic teams Manage design, video files, and project timelines efficiently Required Skills Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is an added advantage) Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory Knowledge of social media trends, formats, and content styles Basic knowledge of camera handling and video shoot techniques Creative thinking with strong time-management and teamwork skills.
