Graphic Designer & Video Editor

1. Training & Mentorship

• Conduct classroom and practical sessions on video editing concepts and workflows.
• Train students in non-linear editing, transitions, effects, audio syncing, and export formats.
• Teach storytelling, pacing, timing, and visual continuity in edits.
• Provide individual mentoring and creative guidance to students.

2. Software & Tools Training

• Train students using industry-standard software such as:
• DaVinci Resolve (editing, color grading, audio basics)
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (if applicable)
• Explain file management, codecs, formats, and project organization.

3. Project & Portfolio Development

• Assign real-world projects such as short films, reels, ads, YouTube content, and social media videos.
• Guide students in creating professional demo reels and portfolios.
• Review student projects and provide structured, constructive feedback.

4. Curriculum & Academic Support

• Follow and enhance the institute’s video editing syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practice exercises.
• Update course content based on industry trends and tools.

5. Student Evaluation

• Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical exams, and final projects.
• Track student progress and maintain academic records.
• Identify weak areas and provide additional support where needed.

6. Lab & Classroom Management

• Ensure proper use of editing labs, systems, and software.
• Coordinate with admin/IT teams for system and software readiness.

7. Industry Exposure & Skill Development

• Share industry workflows, best practices, and career guidance.
• Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and demo sessions.
• Stay updated with current trends in video editing, social media content, film, and OTT platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
