About the Role

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and highly creative Video Editor to join our in-house production team. This role requires someone with advanced editing skills, strong visual storytelling ability, and a passion for creating compelling content across multiple formats. Since this is a Work From Office role, the candidate must be available to work from our Kolkata office on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle video editing, including trimming, sequencing, color correction, sound balancing, and final rendering.
• Use creative editing techniques, sound effects, transitions, animations, and motion graphics to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate closely with directors, content creators, designers, and the marketing team to execute project briefs.
• Edit videos for multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, corporate presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all video content.
• Organize and maintain project files, media assets, and backups systematically.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited videos while maintaining high production standards.
• Keep up with the latest trends in editing, content formats, and industry tools.

Required Qualifications

• Must be a graduate (any stream).
• Strong command over professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Understanding of color grading, audio editing, and basic motion graphics.
• Solid sense of pace, rhythm, visual flow, and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must be from Kolkata. We are strictly considering applicants who are currently residing in Kolkata due to the Work From Office requirement.
• Must have advanced video editing knowledge and practical experience.
• Must be comfortable commuting to and working at our office daily.
