Key Responsibilities Graphic Design : Develop high-quality graphics for websites, social media, print, email, and branding. Video Editing : Edit raw footage into polished videos, adding motion graphics, effects, music, and sound. Content Creation : Conceptualize and produce engaging visual assets for various campaigns and platforms. Collaboration : Work with marketing, content, and other teams to translate ideas into visual content. Brand Consistency : Ensure all output adheres to brand guidelines and aesthetic standards. Project Management : Manage multiple projects, timelines, and revisions efficiently. Required Skills & Tools Software : Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut. Design Principles : Typography, color theory, layout, visual storytelling. Video Skills : Editing, color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, understanding of formats/aspect ratios. Soft Skills : Creativity, attention to detail, strong communication, ability to take feedback. Typical Deliverables Logos, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, and other marketing materials. Short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), promotional videos, explainer videos, event highlights, and ad creatives.
