We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 2–3 years of professional experience. The role demands a balance of visual design expertise and video editing skills to create compelling content for events, social media, marketing campaigns, and offline branding.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver visually striking graphics and engaging video stories that align with brand standards and event goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Study design briefs, scripts, and project requirements to determine creative direction
• Conceptualize and design engaging visuals, including logos, illustrations, backdrops, event collaterals, and marketing creatives
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content suitable for events, campaigns, and online platforms
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, motion effects, and animations to elevate video quality
• Create rough drafts, rough cuts, and final outputs for both design and video projects
• Ensure smooth flow, logical sequencing, and brand consistency across all multimedia content
• Design and edit for multiple formats: print, digital, web, and social media
• Collaborate with event managers, copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive campaigns
• Amend designs and videos based on feedback and ensure timely delivery with high quality
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work
• Proficiency in:
• Design Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Canva
• Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro (must-have), After Effects, Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and audio editing is a plus
• Understanding of marketing, branding, corporate identity, and multimedia design
• Strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Film Studies, or related field is a plus
