Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi, Kerala, for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, to manage company’s online presence and create visually engaging content. The ideal candidate will handle our social media channels and design creative visuals for branding and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Design engaging visual content such as posts, posters, reels, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools.
• Design and enhance website/UI layouts for marketing campaigns and brand pages.
• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline materials.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or graphic/UI design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or Figma) or similar design tools.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other rapid design and prototyping platforms.
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their content strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to edit videos with music, transitions, subtitles, and motion effects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver impactful digital solutions within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
