Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Design creative social media posts, banners, logos, and marketing collateral using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Video Editing (Reels Focus):
Edit engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) for various clients.
Trend Adaptation:
Research and utilize trending audio, transitions, and visual effects to ensure content stays relevant and captures attention.
Post-Production:
Handle color correction, sound design, and subtitle synchronization for videos.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the content team to visualize ideas and deliver projects on time.

Requirements:

Experience:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (Agency experience is a plus).
Software Proficiency:
Must Know:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
Video Tools:
Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects. (Knowledge of CapCut/VN for quick edits is a bonus).
Creativity:
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design work and video reels is
mandatory
.
Soft Skills:
Good time management and the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
