Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience in education, real estate, or industrial sectors
• Knowledge of drone video editing and advanced motion graphics
• Familiarity with social media trends and ad creatives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to develop engaging visual and video content across our diverse business verticals. The role requires a strong eye for design, storytelling through video, and the ability to adapt content for educational institutions, real estate projects, and industrial products while maintaining brand consistency

Business Verticals Covered:

• Education: International School, University, MBA College, Pharmacy College
• Infrastructure & Real Estate: Residential High-Rise Projects
• Manufacturing & Trading: Industrial and Modified Bitumen Products

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design creatives for digital and print media, including:
• Social media posts, banners, ads, and campaigns
• Website visuals, landing pages, and UI elements
• Brochures, flyers, posters, standees, hoardings, and signage
• Academic prospectuses, admission creatives, and event materials
• Corporate presentations, pitch decks, and reports
• Product brochures, technical datasheets, and branding materials
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all verticals

Video Editing & Motion Content:

• Edit and produce videos such as:
• Promotional and branding videos
• Educational and admission-related videos
• Real estate walkthroughs, project progress videos
• Product, industrial, and corporate videos
• Social media reels, shorts, and ad videos
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and transitions
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website)

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with marketing, content, admissions, sales, and project teams
• Understand briefs and convert them into creative outputs
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and external vendors
• Manage revisions and deliverables within defined timelines

File Management & Quality Control

• Prepare print-ready and platform-optimized files
• Maintain organized storage of design and video assets
• Ensure high quality, accuracy, and brand compliance in all outputs

Required Skills & Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent tools)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform requirements
• Experience in both print and digital media
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX and animation is an advantage
