Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design

  social media creatives, advertisements, packaging, brochures, and product labels

  .
• Develop

  marketing and branding collaterals

  including banners, posters, and presentations.
• Maintain

  visual consistency

  across all company materials.
• Support the marketing team with

  campaign graphics and visual storytelling

  .

UI/UX Design

• Design

  user-friendly interfaces

  for company websites, internal dashboards, and mobile apps.
• Create

  wireframes, prototypes, and mockups

  using tools like

  Figma

  or

  Adobe XD

  .
• Conduct

  user research

  and implement feedback to improve usability.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth and accurate design implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

  (preferred).

• 2–5 years

  of professional experience in graphic design or UI/UX roles.
• Strong skills in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

  and

  Figma/Adobe XD

  .
• Understanding of

  color theory, typography, layout, and composition

  .
• Knowledge of

  UX design principles

  and

  responsive design

  .
• Strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  motion graphics or video editing

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  HTML/CSS

  .
• Familiarity with

  Webflow, Canva, or AI-based design tools

  .
