We seek a skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing IT company. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and functional graphics that support our marketing, branding, and product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities Areas :

Develop and Design:

• Develop creative, original and innovative design concepts, and create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with the project requirements and brand guidelines.
• Design product interfaces and user experience elements that are intuitive and user-friendly.

Attention to Detail:

• Precision and accuracy in design work, ensuring that all elements are aligned correctly, typography is consistent, colors are accurate, and overall quality standards are met.

Visual Communication:

• Effectively convey messages and ideas through visual elements such as typography, color schemes, layout, and imagery.
• It involves your ability to communicate the intended message clearly and create designs that resonate with the target audience.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders involved in the design process.
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• It includes effective communication, active listening, and the ability to incorporate feedback and suggestions into your work.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that all design elements are optimized for web and mobile platforms.
• Provide design support for other teams, as needed.

Technical Skills:

• Using design software tools and staying updated with industry-standard software and techniques.
• Efficiency in utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), prototyping software, and other relevant software specific to your field.

Adaptability and Problem Solving:

• Adapt to changing project requirements, and find creative solutions to design challenges.
• Flexible to handle revisions, tight deadlines, and unexpected obstacles that may arise during the design process.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related role.

Strong proficiency

• in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and other graphic design fundamentals.
• Experience designing interfaces and user experience elements for web and mobile applications.
• Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software
• Experience with HTML/CSS and web development is a plus.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and tools is a plus

Portfolio and Design Portfolio: Strong portfolio of design work demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and versatility.

Strong Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.

Creativity and Innovation:

• Contribution of innovative design ideas or concepts.
• Ability to bring fresh and creative approaches to design projects.
• Strong graphic design skills, Layout skills, Analytical skills

Collaboration and Communication:

• Feedback from colleagues and stakeholders on effective collaboration.
• Timeliness and clarity of communication with team members and clients.
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in incorporating feedback.

Adaptability and Learning:

• Ability to quickly learn new design techniques and software.
