Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer who is proficient in translating creative concepts into visually stunning designs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to meet project objectives while maintaining brand consistency. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including copywriters, marketing strategists, and account managers, to deliver high-quality visual assets that captivate and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualise and Create Visual Assets: Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and promotional collateral.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design elements align with the brand guidelines of clients and the agency, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and marketing strategists, to understand project requirements and contribute creative insights.

Adaptability: Stay updated on industry trends and design software to bring fresh and cutting-edge ideas to the table. Be adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including both digital and print materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and design.
