The Role

We are looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designer to join our founding team and become the visual architect of the Tea Stories brand. You will be responsible for translating our brand's soul—its sophistication, serenity, and storytelling essence—into stunning visual assets across all our marketing and packaging touchpoints. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of a fast-growing, premium D2C brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging Design:

  Conceptualize and execute elegant and premium designs for our product packaging, including boxes, labels, inserts, and special edition gift collections.

• Digital Marketing Creatives:

  Design a wide range of digital assets, including compelling Instagram carousels, engaging Reels covers, sophisticated social media posts, targeted digital ads, and beautiful email marketing templates.

• Website & E-commerce Assets:

  Create visually stunning web banners, product images, icons, and other graphics for our D2C website (tstories.in) and our Amazon Brand Store.

• B2B & Sales Collateral:

  Design professional and on-brand presentations, proposals, product catalogues, and marketing materials for our B2B partners in the luxury hospitality and corporate gifting sectors.

• Brand Consistency:

  Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all visual output is cohesive and consistently adheres to our brand's premium aesthetic, typography, and color palette.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the co-founders and our marketing agency (Mindstory) to brainstorm creative concepts and bring our campaigns to life visually.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a premium, D2C, or FMCG brand.
• You possess a strong and sophisticated portfolio that showcases your expertise in both

  print (packaging)

  and

  digital design

  .
• You are a master of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are essential).
• You have an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and minimalist, premium layout design.
• You are a visual storyteller who understands how to evoke emotion and communicate a brand's message through design.
• You are a proactive, collaborative, and passionate individual excited by the challenge of building a brand from its early stages.
• Bonus Points: Experience with photography, photo editing, or simple motion graphics is a significant plus.
