Graphic Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Sukhandaan. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand and projects to life through visually appealing and innovative designs. Main Responsibilities: 1. Design Creation:   - Develop eye-catching and effective visual designs across various platforms, including digital and print media.   - Generate creative concepts that align with the company's brand identity and messaging. 2. Software Proficiency:   - Utilize design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and other relevant tools for creating high-quality graphics. 3. Collaboration:   - Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall creative strategy.   - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in branding and messaging. 4. Project Management:   - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.   - Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements with flexibility and creativity. 5. Quality Control:   - Maintain high-quality standards for all design deliverables, ensuring they meet both creative and brand guidelines. 6. Feedback and Revisions:   - Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.   - Make necessary revisions to designs based on feedback and ensure client satisfaction. 7. Stay Updated:   - Stay informed about industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance skills and bring fresh perspectives to projects. 8.Additional Skills (Optional but a Plus):  -Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and other graphic design software. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
