Job Description – Graphic Designer (Photoshop + Illustrator Expert)

Company: StrikeIT – Digital Marketing & Creative Agency

Location: Lucknow (On-site preferred / Hybrid)

Experience: 1.5 – 4 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skill test)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer who has strong command over Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator and can design both digital and print creatives and some knowlegde of video editing.

This role is NOT for Canva-only designers.

You should be confident creating:

Social media creatives

Hoardings, boards & flex designs

Print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, scale)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Design

Instagram & Facebook posts (static, carousel)

Ad creatives for Meta & Google

Brand creatives & visual templates

Basic motion knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)

Print & Outdoor Design (VERY IMPORTANT)

Hoardings / Billboards / Boards

Flex banners, standees, posters

Visiting cards, flyers, brochures

Design to actual size (e.g., 10x5 ft, 20x10 ft)

Prepare print-ready files with:

Correct DPI

CMYK color mode

Bleed & margins

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

✅ Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

✅ Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator

✅ Understanding of:

CMYK vs RGB

DPI for print

Vector vs raster

Large-format printing

✅ Ability to scale designs for real-life boards & hoardings

Good to Have (Bonus)

Basic After Effects / motion graphics

Experience with branding projects

Understanding of reels & social trends
