Design is not an afterthought here. It’s the front and center of how we tell stories, explain products, and build trust with the world. We're looking for a Design Associate who doesn't just make things look good — but makes them work hard. Someone who gets excited about visual systems, editorial layouts, and translating complex ideas into scroll-stopping design.
You’ll collaborate across campaigns — from social posts and event booths to landing pages, reports, and brand experiments. We’re rethinking what great marketing looks like in B2B, and we need your help to make it feel bold, human, and unmistakably us.

: You catch misalignments, understand spacing, and care about typography, hierarchy, and craft, even on the 17th slide.

: You keep an eye on visual trends, draw inspiration from diverse industries, and constantly improve your own design process.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing assets: landing pages, case studies, social media visuals, emailers, infographics, and internal reports.
- Work on
product marketing collaterals
— decks, one-pagers, product explainers — that simplify complex concepts visually.
- Support
event and campaign design
: from backdrops and banners to digital invites and branded motion graphics.
- Contribute to
brand documentation
: build, maintain, and iterate on the evolving Signzy design system and style guide.
- Collaborate with the content, product marketing, and dev teams to deliver assets on time, with clarity and brand consistency.
- Explore motion and interaction design (if you’re into it — a plus, not a must).
🎨 Preferred Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma
.
- Good knowledge of layout design, typography, color theory, and UI basics.
- Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in:
- Motion design (After Effects or Lottie)
- Canva/AI-powered design automation
- Webflow or frontend dev handoffs
