We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our clients' digital marketing success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling graphics that align with brand strategies across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Visual Content: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital marketing campaigns including social media posts, website banners, email marketing, and advertisements.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs are aligned with the clients' branding guidelines and convey a consistent brand message.
• Social Media Graphics: Design engaging visuals tailored for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring optimized formats for each.
• Ad Creatives: Develop high-converting creatives for paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Video and Animation Support: Assist in creating basic animations or motion graphics for social media and video marketing when required.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with current design trends and best practices to ensure that the company’s output remains fresh, innovative, and on-brand.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other graphic design tools.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong Portfolio: Demonstrable design skills through a strong portfolio of previous work, showcasing a variety of design styles and approaches.
• Creativity: Ability to translate client needs into visually compelling designs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual balance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work with teams and present ideas clearly.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Video Editing Skills (Bonus): Experience with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
