Sieben Corp, a leading creative advertising agency, seeks a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate visual storyteller with a strong understanding of design principles and a proven ability to create impactful visuals across diverse mediums. This role demands versatile skillset, encompassing graphic design, illustration, typography, and video editing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling and effective marketing materials, including (but not limited to) brochures, social media assets, website banners, email templates, and presentations.
• Craft original illustrations and graphics that align seamlessly with Sieben Corp's brand guidelines and client briefs.
• Implement sophisticated typography solutions for print and digital platforms, ensuring optimal readability and aesthetic appeal.
• Produce high-quality videos and motion graphics for marketing campaigns and client presentations.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, creative directors, and other team members to translate marketing strategies into visually captivating assets.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all projects.
• Stay abreast of current design trends and emerging technologies within the industry.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and innovative ideas.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects (or comparable video editing software).
• Exceptional illustration skills: Ability to create original artwork in diverse styles, adapting to different client needs and brand identities.
• Expert-level typography skills: Deep understanding of typography principles (kerning, tracking, leading) and ability to select and implement appropriate fonts for various applications.
• Proven video editing and motion graphics skills: Expertise in creating engaging video content, including motion graphics and animations. After Effects experience is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively within a team, articulate design ideas clearly, and respond constructively to feedback.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence: A portfolio demonstrating proficiency in illustration, typography, and video editing is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience).

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with 3D modeling and animation software.
• Proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
• Understanding of web design principles.
• Experience with UX/UI design.
• Experience working with clients directly.
