Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging designs that align with our brand and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop graphics for social media, brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with teams (marketing, admin, education) to understand project requirements and deliver timely designs.
• Create and edit multimedia content including infographics, icons, videos, and animations (if needed).
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and materials.
• Prepare layouts for printing and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Assist in managing the organization’s visual identity and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design and web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
