Job Description

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a passion for clean design, strong visual storytelling, and a sharp understanding of digital marketing creatives. You'll play a key role in shaping Quickads.ai 's brand identity across digital platforms, from performance ads to social media, landing pages, and product visuals. If you live and breathe typography, layout, and visual aesthetics and love experimenting with AI and design automation, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Conceptualise and design visual assets for ads, social media, website, emails, and product marketing.
Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
Create visually consistent brand assets aligned with Quickads.ai 's tone and identity.
Adapt creative assets across different formats and digital channels.
Work on motion-based design or collaborate with video editors for multimedia content.
Stay updated on design trends, AI design tools, and digital advertising best practices.
Manage multiple design requests, prioritise deadlines, and maintain high quality under fast turnaround times.

Requirements

3-6 years of professional experience in graphic design ( preferably in Startups / Product Org )
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD/Figma).
Strong portfolio showcasing design work across social, digital, and brand design.
Excellent sense of typography, colour, composition, and attention to detail.
Ability to translate briefs and marketing messages into strong visual concepts.
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience with AI or generative design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Runway, etc. ).
Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design.
Basic understanding of motion graphics or short-form video editing.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design is a plus.
