About Us: Pujashree is a fast-growing D2C brand rooted in Sanatan Dharma, offering a thoughtfully curated range of spiritual and pooja essentials. We believe in reviving Vedic wisdom for modern households and making rituals more accessible, authentic and meaningful.

We are looking to expand our creative team by hiring an experienced Graphic Designer .

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop packaging artworks (labels, cartons, pouches, etc.) in line with brand identity and legal compliance.
• Create marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, posters, flyers, point-of-sale (POS) materials, trade show displays, and digital creatives.
• Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to translate concepts into engaging designs.
• Ensure consistency across all visual materials and brand communication.
• Develop creatives for social media, websites, and digital ads to support online brand presence.
• Stay updated with design trends in FMCG and competitor packaging/advertising.
• Maintain an organized design database and artwork library for reference and reuse.
• Ensure all designs meet regulatory and legal requirements for FMCG packaging (ingredient declaration, nutrition facts, barcode, etc.).

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Knowledge of printing processes, die lines, and packaging formats.
• Creativity with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
