We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at TGH. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop engaging graphics for various digital and print platforms.

Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including website graphics, social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visual designs

Conceptualize and develop design ideas based on brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs that align with industry best practices

Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on stakeholder input

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously enhance design skills and deliver innovative designs

Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design assets

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs

Assist in creating and maintaining a library of design assets, templates, and style guides

Provide support in creating and editing multimedia content, such as videos and animations, when required

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

Proven experience of 02-05 years as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment

Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually appealing designs

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media
