Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can produce high-quality static designs and engaging video content for marketing, branding, and UGC (User-Generated Content) requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and the ability to create content that aligns with our brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create static designs for social media, marketing campaigns, website banners, emailers, and internal communication.
• Conceptualize, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content for marketing, advertisements, and UGC-based projects.
• Develop creative assets that reflect brand identity and support digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and creative direction.
• Adapt and optimize designs and videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Stay updated with design trends, editing techniques, and platform-specific content formats.
• Work on storyboarding, motion graphics, typography, and basic animation (if required).
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency and brand quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Video Editor (portfolio required).

Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.

Ability to conceptualize ideas and convert them into visually appealing designs and videos.

Knowledge of current social media trends and platform-specific content expectations.

Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in motion graphics or basic animations.

Understanding of branding and marketing communication.

Ability to create UGC-style videos and reels.

Photography or basic videography skills.
